The website: is it easy to use?
The website looks polished, but looks are where the ease ends — the order-placing process is not straightforward. Every student needs help at some point in their educational career, and a slick homepage makes a service easy to trust. That is exactly why we dig into credibility rather than design.
What can you order?
The catalogue is wide:
- SPSS analysis
- Dissertation
- Assignment
- Essay
- Summary
- Research work
Breadth is not the problem here. Price and consistency are.
Is it affordable?
Not in our assessment. The quote we saw for a sample high-school-level essay was around $240 — several times what comparable services charge. For a student budget that is hard to justify at any quality level, and feedback we reviewed describes extra add-on charges (writer-selection fees, premium-writer surcharges) stacking on top of the base price. The refund route, when orders go wrong, is described as slow and unrewarding.
Discounts and special offers
We found little meaningful relief on price. Discounts and gifts can genuinely lessen the economic burden on students; we saw no evidence that pricing here is built with that in mind.
What about the quality?
For school-level work the output may pass, but for college and university level we were not convinced: the writing we assessed read as junior, not expert-level. We could not verify the qualifications claimed for writers, and we could not confirm that recognised originality checks such as Turnitin are part of standard delivery. Ask for an originality report before accepting any work, here or anywhere.
Can you expect timely delivery?
Feedback we reviewed includes orders arriving disorganised and after the deadline, and revision processes that dragged past due dates. With a tight submission window, those accounts alone are reason to look elsewhere.
What customers say elsewhere
EduBirdie holds a low consumer rating on Sitejabber, where reviewers describe off-topic work, missed deadlines, paid add-ons that delivered nothing, and refused refunds — including one detailed account of a $69 order that went off-topic, missed its revision deadline, and ended with a declined refund. You can read the reviews on Sitejabber.

Our verdict
We do not recommend edubirdie.com for college or university work. The prices are far above market rate, the quality we assessed does not justify them, and independent reviews describe refund and delivery experiences no student should have to budget for. If you use any writing service, choose one with written guarantees and provable originality checks.
