If I can put no stars I would. I gave them a deadline of six hours and didn’t do the assignment for a whole day. They assigned me a writer and then said that they didn’t have one for me. I asked for at least a discounted refund and they said no. My assignment was late and I got a bad grade. So unacceptable.
This is a shame. BEWARE!!! They are late with my project and are still telling me to keep waiting. My project is late I don't understand what to keep waiting for. They don't want to cancel my order, but keep telling me to wait. I have been talking in a chat with them over their website more than an hour asking them to cancel my order. These are their replies to my request: "In a few minutes", "Please let us still finish this", "Let us give you a store credit for your next order and a discount of 15%". The person replies every 5min to my request and keeps delaying what I am asking him to do. He still didn't cancel the order. These are our last sentences and it was over 10min ago and I'm still waiting and he is nor replying anymore.
I wish I read this before I wasted £211 ... they did not follow my instructions and the revision sent was exactly the same... for 3 times!!! And when I asked for my money back first they said that they processed the refund, when I didn't receive the money and I contacted them they played dum and then ignored my emails. A total scam, they are thieves!!!
Do not trust this company. I got an essay written 3 months ago, the essay has failed. when I got into contact, they asked for proof when I sent it, I started to get emails from not globalprojects.com own email but from a random gmail. First they told be I was refunded and it would take 12-13 days. After around 20 days I emailed them again to ask, I was told it was going to be in my account within the week, after 10 days, I was told it should be with me in 2-3 days. When I emailed again, they just blanked me. The whole thing is a fraud.
This website offers a very bad service and they steal the money from the customers. They broke the commitment with the deal and submitted after the deadline. the work was very shity and wrong and they do not want to return the money.
The writer was only able to provide the one assignment on time and the remaining two were late delivered. Plus the assignment had an poor overall presentation.
The order processing was not smooth and support team officers did not update her for tracking ID and other details.
They literally copied and pasted the essay. It was trash and barley paraphrased. Never use them. Then their customer support wouldn't even read the document, saying that it is just some "random document" but it was obviously the document they used to copy right off of. Trash.
I would give NO STARS if I could! The worst customer service EVER RECEIVED! Stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed out of your money !! They will take your money and give you a terrible piece of work with horrible spelling and grammar. Writers ARENT EVEN BRITISH !! Then they will refuse to give you a refund and stop responding!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. this service is so bad. the paper was very bad, I have no idea where the writer was from but the paper was written in another language them translated to English with google translate. Do not believe anything they say to you because it is most likely a lie. not only was the paper late it was absolutely awful and they are refusing to refund my £580.
